There are various business applications that, as a result of their work, save data + metrics in the database, which can then be viewed and built reports. But every time a data scheme is invented, then a presentation method, etc.
I want a server that can, for example, receive data via http, and then display them in the web interface based on them, if necessary, you can upload and process data, make new reports, etc.
Something like graylog, but simpler :)

Try it as a variant of Microsoft Power BI
Attach it to the database.
Build the visualizations you need and enjoy.
(you can both online and through the desktop version).
Or look for similar BI systems. For example, as a variant of Tibco Spotfire or others.
