Is there a responsibility for trial software in a small firm?

Good afternoon. Can you please tell me if it would be illegal to install trial (trial) software in a small company? It's just that there is a desire to install some trial software at the company before buying, such as Kaspersky, Acronis, and so on ... Thanks in advance ...

There is no such thing as "trial software" in legal practice.
There is software, and there is a concept of the legality of using this software.
That is, it is checked and punished just for using the software without the permission of the author, or not in accordance with the permission.
Some allow you to try their program before buying - during the trial period, you use the program with permission, absolutely legally.
When the trial period ends, your right to use a copy of this program usually also ends. That is, after the trial period is over, this is already illegal use.
