How to enable password mounting of external media in Ubuntu/Xubuntu?

I have a Windows 10 dual boot with Xubuntu 16.04 on my computer. In general, I want to mount ntfs partitions with a password so that the child in the Windows partition does not mess up. Now on my Xubuntu 16.04 volumes are mounted with a simple mouse click in the file manager. Convenient, sure, but not safe. How to make this economy mounted only by entering a password?

You need to edit /etc/sudoers /etc/sudoers.d/ remove the standard permissions from there
