"Development of user interfaces". I don’t remember the author, but I bought it in Russian a few years ago. I highly recommend it for upgrading ui / ux :)
I do not recommend watching application screenshots. Firstly, a lot can only be assessed in dynamics, and secondly, many applications have a poor and / or inconvenient interface, while being very popular due to their other qualities.
