Is there a remote, foreign Computer Science education?

Good afternoon,
SITUATION:
28 years old, economic education.
I have been working as a product analyst/consultant for 5+ years (similar to MS Dynamics, SAP).
The product is a powerful online platform that has a lot of features and allows you to "click" a project with complex logic without code, although a developer is involved in difficult situations.
In view of my experience, they put me on some complex projects as an "architect", where, in addition to the familiar things that I know how to "call", there are integrations, different systems, GIT, etc., in short, a bunch of very technical things that are needed to integrate systems, and where they work many commands (and which programmers know, but I don't :) ).
I'm not afraid to delve into all this (I can code a little in Java, it was interesting to learn), but the lack of a specialized education makes it difficult to put together a puzzle of technologies in my head, and how it all technically works.
In short, education would come in handy for the systematization of knowledge. Plus, if it is foreign, the crust is also useful in a resume. And English will be pumped along the way (now Upper).
I understand that you can find all the information for free in the intervention and sit and study, but the kick factor is also important - after all, with education, you have more responsibility and this motivates you not to kick X, but to study.
I remember that there is some university in the UK where you study remotely, but you come there to take exams and in the end you get a normal crust, but there were more for PM / BA.
QUESTION:
Do you know foreign universities that are suitable for such conditions?
