Is a Russian diploma in computer science important for foreign companies when applying for a job in another country?

I wonder if a Russian diploma with the specialty of an engineer, programmer, etc. is taken into account. HRs of foreign organizations when recruiting employees?

This will undoubtedly be a plus, but in many companies it is not critical. But it will not be easy to get a work visa without a diploma.

Any education, programs and courses will help with the device . But with a visa it depends on the country, somewhere you don’t need anything at all, somewhere give a higher degree, and somewhere a system of bonuses (Australia, New Zealand)

Yes, it counts. Moreover, sometimes having a VO equivalent to an American master allows you to get a higher position. In MS, for example, SDE2 instead of SDE can be obtained in this way (more precisely, not to get SDE2 on a formal basis).
In the event that H1 gets the passion you want, and even if you don’t have a bachelor’s degree, there are options with an evening at an American college. But it really depends on the employer. MS, again, goes for it.
