Where to go to study? (in absentia, Moscow)

Good afternoon.

I am 19, a year and a half ago I expelled after the first year (MTUCI, applied computer science) and got a job. I would like to enroll in part-time, so that there would be a minimum of problems with sessions (perhaps payment :)).

I work as an administrator in a telecom, respectively, I am interested in any IT specialty (I still get most of the knowledge at work and reading manuals on the network).

Another question, will they take me immediately to the second course? (the first two semesters on the point were closed for me)

“so that there would be a minimum of problems with sessions (perhaps payment :))”
why then study at all? For shorts? Buy in the transition and that's it. Cheaper and don't waste your time.
All the same, they don’t look at these diplomas at work, but simply put a tick in the case.

nothing suspicious, with the programs of the so-called. "Continuing education" in commercial universities a specialist diploma (and now a bachelor's degree) can be already in the third year of study at a university (2 years of college are valid in parallel with 10-11 grades of high school). A vivid example of this is mfpa.ru
About the university, not for the sake of advertising: I myself studied at it under this program. There are a lot of idlers, full of working students, there are also excellent students - everywhere as always, with the only difference being that idlers are less likely to be expelled here =) the end is approved), and trash (turns on the presentation, opens the book and falls asleep. Students go to the computer and switch the slide for it). But young and active teachers are the vast majority.
There are stories that another “comrade of a friend” once bought a session with giblets, but he didn’t encounter this himself, I can’t confirm the possibility.
Look, for example, at distance education programs (webinars, tests, interactive) when you only need to attend final events.
I won’t say anything about the quality of teaching at specific universities, but IMHO it all depends on the specific teachers and the student’s desire to study.

Don't waste time and money. They will not teach you anything useful, and you will throw away money. There are certificates for system administrators, google them, maybe they will be more useful to you. Also, for the system administrator, the list of devices / systems with which he can work and configure is important. If it seems to you that you are not growing professionally at work, then it is better to change jobs than spend money on useless training.
