Is there a ready-made toolchain for updating OSM data in PostgreSQL?

Unfortunately, it turned out that the utility (imposm) that I used before to upload OSM data to PostgreSQL is not compatible with Nominatim. Only osm2pgsql works with it.
Is there any ready-made toolchain that would allow incremental updates? The documentation suggests linking various utilities together. Is there something ready and tested?
Maybe a script or something? If possible, I would like not to load the whole world in PostgreSQL, but only Europe.
