Does this editor have a quick set of tags like in PhpStorm? We type for example div then press tab and get
<div></div>

Tools
-> Options -> Editor -> Code Templates ( Tools -> Options -> Editor -> Code Templates )
There you choose the language, enter the templates. There are also pre-installed ones, but there are few of them for html.
