Good afternoon. I can’t formulate the question more precisely, so I’ll explain. The program should emulate the process of the microprocessor, but I would like to write / set its architecture myself. It would be cool if the program supports the processing of programs / scripts using an emulated processor.

Or as a specific set of instructions, internal states, i/o buses and algorithms? - It's probably just easier to write in C. Implement as a separate process.
