How to connect 2 conditional controllers (phones with a program that emulates the controller) to the emulator on the 3rd phone?

I apologize for this question, I just really want to play MK Ultimate, and there are only 3 phones nearby. Is it possible using any program that makes a gamepad out of a phone to connect it to a 3 phone that has an SMD emulator or another platform that supports MK Ultimate. To be able to play MK together from these 2 phones.
