There is a foreign program (under Windows 7) in English, let's call it EngExe. The task is to make this program Russian-speaking. The programmer looked, he could not get into the exe-shnik because it is encrypted.
There is also no access to the developer of the program.
A table with the translation of phrases like “hello world” - “hello world” is available.
Is there a ready-made program (let's call it TransExe) that can launch EngExe using our phrase matching table, but show the interface in Russian instead of English?
