Is there a problem with your router settings?

There is a hostel. It provides Internet access when concluding a contract with the mac-address of the network card. (does not work without mac, apparently there is filtering). Thus, only the laptop goes to the Internet.
Essence of the question: I connect a router (D-Link DIR-615) to the network - access is not provided, because the mac is different from that specified in the contract. I register my network card on the mac router - there is access, but when the laptop is connected to the router via wifi, there is no access.

Again, most likely it's a matter of ttl (perhaps the window size is also taken into account) and / or different settings for Wi-Fi clients. Maybe you have some kind of guest network enabled.
Connectify seems to handle passing traffic more carefully than the default router firmware.
I would advise you to look at the analyzer for outgoing packets over the wire and over Wi-Fi, to look for how they differ. Check the WiFi settings on the router. It is possible to install some kind of openwrt and draw nat with handles (iptables) with adjustment of all significant fields like ttl or window size

Check if the router is getting access to the network. If it works, check if NAT is enabled.
Also check the laptop settings, static may be clogged.

Perhaps you are filtering clients connected through routers. Most often this is done by port range or TTL. If by TTL - increase the default TTL by 1 (look for the DefaultTTL register parameter), if by port range - it's more difficult.
Alternatively, at some point you could switch the network card and the wireless network to bridge mode, and the network card and the wireless controller may have a common MAC that you assigned to the router. Then disable bridge mode and/or change the MAC on the wireless adapter.
