Why doesn't the Nice menu expand in Drupal?

Installed the NiceMenu module in Drupal which has the following structure of the Main menu :
- Main
- Catalog
---- Industrial refrigeration equipment
---- Commercial refrigeration equipment
---- Air conditioners
---- Ventilation
---- Heating equipment
- Clients
- About us
- Contacts
The catalog expands only from the catalog page and its sub-directories. How can I make the "drop-down menu" drop down from any page of the site (for example, the Home page) when hovering?

it is necessary in the menu item setting - Catalog , check the box next to Show expanded
