Is there a prepaid plan for AWS (EC2, in particular)?

I re-read a bunch of information on the AWS website, but could not find a definitive answer to this question.
I'm looking for a tariff at which I could pay for the EC2 server for a year in advance (for example, for a year) on an invoice. It seems that Reserved Instances provide something similar, but I'm not sure if Reserved Instances are really just a prepaid server or there are some tricky nuances in it.
I would be very grateful for your help!

there is only one nuance - payment is monthly, only 20-30% cheaper than taking it just like that, and you cannot refuse before the end of the period
