Is there a plugin for Visual Studio to change indentation settings?

The project I currently maintain has 1997 code and about 25,000 files. And in these files, a hodgepodge of different indentation styles - spaces and tabs - and in one file both can be used, but it is desirable to use the same style as in the surrounding code block.
Question: Is there a studio plugin that "looks" what style is used in the line below / above the current one and changes the settings accordingly?
