How to fic "Index out of range" when you want to create a method in Visual Studio (VisualGDB)?

I want to make friends with Mingw and VS through visualgdb. I did everything according to this manual and at step 10, when you need to create a method, this comes out.

Just don't access an index that is out of range.
More can't be said without code.
If this error is not from your code, which apparently is, you can't do anything. You will have to write the method with your hands, instead of automatic prompts.
