Is there a plugin for SublimeText 3 to view the source of a function?

Hey! Is there a plugin for SublimeText 3 to watch where a function, class, method, etc. is declared? and for the viewer where it is used. Like in JetBrains products?

Such a function is present out of the box:
RMB on a function/class/method -> GOTO Definition
A pop-up window opens where you can select one of the files in which there is a declaration.
