How to maintain a git project on a remote server?

Good afternoon friends, the question is this, I like to develop on my server, and test it there. I edit the code through Sublime Text (I know that it is ancient, inconvenient - but I like it)).
The question is, is it possible to conduct a project remotely? Commit it, and so on and so forth, without uploading to the local computer? Thank you)
