How to combine similar CSS properties into 1 in sublime text?

Is there such a plugin (or some kind of keyboard shortcut) that allows you to combine similar properties into one common one. For example I have margin-top: 5px; and margin-left: 10px , I select them, press Ctrl+xxx, and get margin: 5px 0 0 10px;
