Is there a php script to synchronize a table between two mysql databases?

There is a site with a DB which are far off.
And there is a site that works on the local network and they have two common mysql tables.
users_list and addresses_list
A site that is located in the local network is used to comment on user actions and to store text with appeals to the administration.
And since users on a site that is located remotely register often, I need to somehow add new users from the remote database to the local one via cron twice a day.
Is there any php script?
or show an example, only so that it does not overwrite the tables, but only enter the missing users and their address.
