Is there a gallery plugin for WordPress where the location of images and their size can be set independently (not according to given templates). For example, you need to make a slide / gallery in the form of a VK, Facebook page or in another form.

probably not. than yes. Make your own post format and connect your pre-designed designs in the form of templates to it

I haven't seen this... It's
easier to use the ACF Gallery and integrate your template there.
