Custom gallery and layout: difficult?

In general, do layout designers like custom galleries?
I'm designing a site and I don't know how to use a slider gallery in the layout: a gallery in the style of a photoframe , a large slide + at the bottom of the preview, but with an additional description in the picture, with arrows and adaptive should be.
So, to draw completely as in the original plugin (photoframe) or can you come up with any design gallery and it will not be difficult for a layout designer to make it up?

Layout designers generally like everything ready. Draw like in a photo frame, the layout designer will thank you

Attach a network diagram, because it is not clear how the traffic goes. Ports are usually rolled on routers.
