Is there a password manager with differentiated access rights to fields in one entry?

I am looking for self hosting or with local database storage (cloud services are not suitable) password manager, where it would be possible to give different users access rights to certain fields in one record.
Example:
There is a record, for example, "Iron #1", it has the fields
"Name", "url", "Note" to which User1 should have access to change, and User2 to read.
And there is the "Password1" field, to which User2 should not have any access,
and the "Password2" field to which User2 should have read access, and User1 should have change access.
The idea is to have one base, where objects (servers, sites with different users) are listed, where everyone would see only "their" information.

Yeah, and to this passwordr there is another passwordr to store passwords for individual elements of the first passwordr.
Isn't such a distinction at the service level of the client api simpler?

Look towards LDAP. I won't tell you about OpenLDAP, but AD or Novell eDirectory support the differentiation of user rights to objects and their attributes. You can make your own scheme. This is, of course, not a ready-made solution.
As far as I know, the license for eDirectory is free up to 1000 objects, then for money.
