Is there a p2p file corporate server?

Actually for small files there is ftp and http
But sometimes there is a need to transfer to someone, say, a file of 20-30 GB.
I don't really want to use ftp or http for such large volumes, there are a lot of problems.
Is there any way to transfer files via p2p using some local server?
those. let's say we put the file on the server and it gives us a torrent file via the web, which can be transferred to the client to download the file ...
I would like to somehow automate this matter, i.e. let's say a user uploads a file to a samba server, then accesses the same machine via the web and downloads a torrent file for himself, which he sends to the client.
I was looking for something similar, but I could not find it, there is a Torrent Server, but the interface is very confusing, I looked towards BitTorrent Sync, but you need to force the client to install an application for yourself, and many already have a torrent client ...

BitTorrent Sync is the perfect thing.
If through the client, then in the form of a regular distribution.
