Looking for a flexible access control system, does it happen?

Hello!
A flexible access control system is being sought, which, in addition to its main tasks inherent in all access control systems, could send data to the side. For example, how many people are currently at the facility. Does it happen that when setting up the information that the ACS operates with could be available to external scripts or devices?
ps it is desirable that there is no hard binding to Windows, as is often the case with access control systems, but in principle, this is not the most important thing.

any skud has a DB as at it there are parallel transactions.
You can connect to the database at least on a voluntary basis.
Even excel in the GUI interface can handle this, since only lazy people cannot connect to mysql or mssql.
And the lightness of the structure will allow you to operate it directly not only in reading mode but also in editing mode.
Again, it depends on your goals.
