Is there a notes app for Linux and Android with local sync?

Looking for a simple note-taking app that runs on Andoid and Linux (preferably open source, but not required). And most importantly - the ability to synchronize notes via wifi with a laptop. Do not offer any applications with PRO versions (for morons), applications with a bunch of ads, with synchronization through the left servers / clouds.
