Is there a network monitoring program?
Is there a program to monitor traffic/program requests.
That is, let's say the program sent a request to the server about an update or some other information, and I need to find out where this program sent the request (so that it is shown in the program)
And doesn't it only track requests from browsers on the wireshark account? and I think it will not work, because there you need to choose the network that you want to monitor, and if I turn off the Internet, then it will turn out to be useless. It is necessary that the program sees requests even without the Internet, while programs send requests to the server when the Internet is turned off, but they do not reach.

wireshark monitors everything. Literally. Records all network traffic on this interface. And it's your business - to disassemble it later.
And at the expense of wireshark, doesn't it only track requests from browsers?
