I am building an Arduino based device. The device must send a GET request to the web server, where the php script will process it and send it to the database. We need a lightweight web server for Windows that could receive such requests that came from arduino and display them. This is for debugging. It is desirable that the application be portable.

Sometimes at work there are downtimes, there is nothing to do, I play with an arduino. You will not install anything on working computers. I didn't find a portable one. In general, I got out of the situation like this: put openWRT on the router, raised the server there. Meets my conditions.
