There was a problem with access to the resource from Ukraine.
The servers are located in Yandex.

Blocking is not explicit, that is, it either works, or it doesn’t, slowing down and other delights.

I understand that there is no clear answer.
What are the options?

My options:
Completely raise the infrastructure in Ukraine and use it there, and somehow synchronize the database.

If anyone has come across this issue, please share your solution.
