How to get information from all points of the map in txt?

Guys, please explain, is it possible to implement the task with cards?
I'm into maps and their APIs don't boom boom at all, don't hit too hard! :)
The question is simple, is it possible to somehow pull out wholesale information about points from the map (we consider any Yandex, Google maps, etc.) into a text format?
For example, you need to somehow pull out information about "stores near us", i.e. draw a figurative circle with a radius of n-kilometers around your address and within it collect data on the request "shops" - company address, phone number, opening hours, etc.
Can this be done at all? How?
