Is there a laptop in nature, so that it is small and remote?

Welcome all!
First, a little tip:
I understand that many will say that I should ask a question on some ixbt [indicating third-party resources for advertising, I hope does not count? If it is considered, I will delete] or other resources, and they will also say that I just need to drive the data into the market myself and not be lazy, but still.
So, there are more than enough powerful and large laptops / netbooks and you can dig there for a long time. But here I would like to buy a smaller netbook, and here some problems arise.
In my misconception (formed a long time ago and possibly very far from reality), when it comes to smaller sizes, tablets take the lead in price / power, and small laptops get by with something fierce and old. Of course, I don’t deny the coolness of the tablets, besides, I myself saw how bluetooth or otg keyboards and other useful stray are attached to it, so the shortcomings of the lack of a standard keyboard or usb ports are solved, although then the whole bag is crammed with all sorts of cords and other things. Right now, not to this question, but to the following:
The question itself:
Does a netbook exist in nature within:
up to 12 inches;
the ability to support from 4 GB of memory;
processor issuing something more than 1.8 Hz;
with all this lived more than 4 hours without recharging;
and with all this awesomeness - light weight.
The question about prices right now is not particularly relevant (Macbooks really don’t need to be offered), since everything has jumped not weakly, but there is one - for money on such a netbook , wouldn’t it be easier to buy a tablet and any stray on it ?
PS: Speaking of what I’m leaving (I don’t suggest upgrading it), then I myself still have asus eee pc 1015 pe with Atom on board, which already had a bunch of OS (except Hackintosh didn’t install it) and sometimes launching some programs it was fun, and my friend ASUS X200CA - more powerful, but with a small battery and that one sewn in.
UPD: so, let's stop the price at 50 thousand, otherwise it's already very much.

One of these days they can introduce a 12-inch air, in general it will be an ideal option.

The class of such devices is called "ultrabooks". A bright representative is the ASUS ZenBook line:
