How to check the RAM bar for serviceability after the motherboard burns out?

How can I check the operating bar for serviceability?
Recently, the motherboard burned out, which carried away the video card, they also said in the SC that this RAM bar does not work, but I did not find any traces on it.
Where or how can I find out if this bar works?
I do not want to put it because I already gave money normally for previous repairs.
