Intermittent system freezes?

Perhaps the question is a bit strange, but the gist is this. The system hangs periodically, literally for 1-2 seconds. moreover, it freezes when the refrigerator is turned on in the kitchen :) as if they both work from the same power supply (the computer is in the hall, the refrigerator, respectively, in the kitchen, they don’t even have sockets on the same wall). it all started quite a long time ago, when I was still renting a room, respectively, the refrigerator and the computer lived nearby and were plugged into the same outlet, through different surge protectors. then he sinned at the outlet, then apparently the inclusion of a (rather old) refrigerator interferes with the power supply of the system (sorry, I'm not an electrician). I also sinned on the keyboard, since the wire began to badly contact with it over time and in the "wrong" position, it stops working. a little later I got an uninterruptible power supply, I hoped it would help stabilize power surges, it didn’t help, everything remains as it was. I recently moved and now the refrigerator, as it should be, is in the kitchen and it would seem that everything should have been decided by itself, but .. no. I started to think about updating the power supply, today I tried to take another power supply from a friend. but the result is the same. in fact, the suspension itself is accompanied by a sound as if it is being turned off and then immediately connected back to some kind of usb device. freezes both the keyboard and mouse and the video (regardless of the game or watching videos on the internet). the system parameters themselves: in fact, the suspension itself is accompanied by a sound as if it is being turned off and then immediately connected back to some kind of usb device. freezes both the keyboard and mouse and the video (regardless of the game or watching videos on the internet). the system parameters themselves: in fact, the suspension itself is accompanied by a sound as if it is being turned off and then immediately connected back to some kind of usb device. freezes both the keyboard and mouse and the video (regardless of the game or watching videos on the internet). the system parameters themselves:

You "dead" some kind of USB port. Change mother.

Is there a so-called "third wire" (grounding) in the power outlet?
If not, then most likely the mechanism is as follows: when the refrigerator compressor motor is turned off, a rather strong interference occurs in the electrical network, which, through the noise filter capacitors of the computer power supply, enters the metal case, which is connected to the shields of the motherboard connectors and the shields of the connected cables that are connected to gnd (0V) of the motherboard. The USB controller of the motherboard apparently does not like the interference pulse, so the system freezes and the devices are redefined.
Uninterruptible power filters without grounding in the outlet will not be able to help much.

Reminds me of a dying hard drive.
See system logs (so-called "System event log").
