Is there a handy web frontend debugger?

There is a task: to study the authorization process on one web portal. Authorization is complicated: at some point, php session cookies are created, and others. It is not possible to understand all this by studying the information in the form in which it is presented by browser developer tools. Is there a convenient web debugger that will show when which data in what form was sent to the server, when with which server response which cookies were set.
