The main feature that is needed is to make all communication in tickets (comments) convenient and fast - ajax is applied so that new comments are highlighted, so that there is some page with all new comments for all tickets, or let's say, a list of tickets, but each the ticket was marked in bold, how many new comments there are.
Or something similar.
So that there is no mail, and all alerts work only through the site.
To make it convenient to send a ticket to another user with one click.
Well, and so on =)
Is there such a thing or do I need to write it myself? =)
