Is there a GPS tracker that can be mounted in a laptop DVD?

After they opened the apartment and stole the laptop from there, I thought about finding some kind of GPS tracker that can be powered by the laptop’s battery and be built into the laptop’s DVD drive (you don’t need it anyway) a la "a new SSD instead DVD Roma".
Google search turned up nothing, maybe you have come across? Or do you have any alternative options for tracking the laptop at least for the first couple of hours after a potential theft?
The option with navigation built into the DELL BIOS is not suitable, DELL both stubbornly and reset the settings without including the laptop.
Desktop programs are also not an option, rolling a new system is a trifling matter.
Whistles in USB are also a bad idea: you can easily pull it out + drag it in a backpack is no longer so convenient, you can break it.
Thanks in advance to all for the answers)

you can put the zhps-tracker in the dvdshnik and stretch the power. take the case from an old DVD player, a lot of them are sold at a flea market.
the question is that there is usually a lot of iron around the DVD slot and the reception of the zhps signal will be extremely weak. try.

I still recommend the whistle.
But hide it in DVD.
However, what could be the problem... Well, you have the coordinates. Most likely plus or minus a couple of tens of meters. Probably not the tundra. So this is definitely home. The most accurate is the entrance. So what?
OK. Let the natyrennye lie down somewhere in the car. OK, you have the parking coordinates. It's probably some kind of car service. Again, what's next?
Without the Police, you can't do anything. The likelihood that a police officer will go there with you is small. Although try - but it is necessary to find the district police officer (others will stupidly score).
Most likely, they will accept a statement from you "they stole my laptop, the coordinates may be like this", and after 10 days they will give a refusal.
