Is there a Google Web Fonts equivalent for Japanese (Chinese) characters?

I want to pick up such a free free font for use in @font-face , in which the character 道 will look beautiful . ( Its meaning is "to" or "tao".)

Unfortunately, Google Web Fonts is not suitable for this: there is no necessary alphabet (only Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Khmer and Vietnamese).

Which site should I go to?

If you only need one character, wouldn't it be easier to first pick up a free font, then cut out everything superfluous from it, then generate a web font package and then use it?

Found only the font M+ .
It's probably better to download it from somewhere and convert it to a web font.
