How to install a font if it is installed but not displayed?

Good afternoon! Installed on the PC fonts, Roboto, complete set. All styles work except Regular. It is simply not in the lists, but it lies in the folder with fonts. When reinstalling, it says that it is already installed and offers to reinstall. Did everything. And the PC restarted and photoshop. Help, life is not the same without a font!)
PS In the standard notepad, the style was also not found, everything except regular.
