Is there a google-chrome settings file in ubuntu?
For chromium, there is /etc/chromium-browser/default, where you can specify startup flags in the CHROMIUM_FLAGS="" option.
As a result, these settings will apply to all users of the computer.
Is there something similar for google-chrome?

Good morning.
In /usr/share/applications find the "google-chrome.desktop" file. Open for editing (sudo) in a text editor and add your flags in the line "Exec=/usr/bin/google-chrome-stable".
Or simply, in the same directory, on the same file, right-click -> properties and add your flags
