How to make zabbix not update already added hosts?

Configuration - Discovery: Local network 192.168.2.1-254 1h ICMP ping, Zabbix agent Enabled
Actions - Action:
A Received value like Linux
B Uptime/Downtime >= 3600
C Discovery status = Up
D Service type = Zabbix agent
Actions-Operations:
Add to host groups: Linux servers
Link to templates: Template OS Linux
Everything works fine. Hosts with an installed agent are added and monitored according to templates.
Now I want to add other hosts on the same network to a different group. I disable the existing Action and create a similar one, only Add to host groups: Linux clients
Everything starts working, but ...
Already added hosts are also updated according to the new rule. That is, the servers were in one group, but after the inclusion of a new action, they were in two.
How can I make sure they don't change? To make the rule only apply to new hosts?

@vman

It is necessary to set the HostMetadata parameter https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.2/ru/manual... for the agents, and, based on the value from this field, add hosts to where you need to.
