Is there a good set of ready-made components?

Hello colleagues. Sooner or later, every self-respecting front-end developer thinks about the need to have a complete set of tools in their arsenal, including a convenient grid and a full set of graphic components that are easily customizable and contain all the necessary interaction logic, including animation. So far I can’t cope with this task myself - I’ve tried various assemblies and each of them has some flaws or the necessary elements are missing, and there isn’t enough time for comparison, I have to compose crutches. Please share your experience, for sure someone has formed such a set of solutions.
I use Angular 4, Ionic 2-3. Most often I use Material Design. I do not disdain paid products, but I prefer a combination of free developments.
