Is there a good free reminder in the world?

Requirements:
1. Transfer of reminders.
That is: I saw a reminder, clicked "remind again in ..".
2. Regular reminders.
3. Handiness.
The ability to quickly open, enter, forget. Look, move, forget.
4. Reliability and safety.
Reliability = confidence that in a year the reminder will work.
5. Cross-platform.
Windows, android, maybe even ubuntu.
6. Reminder by location.
7. Remind if there is no reaction.
Didn't press "ok"? Means to remind again in an hour, for example.

I whipped up a table for myself, which I have already tested (telegram, telegram bot @remindmemegabot, google keep, google task, microsoft todo).
The weakest point is point No. 1. and #3

Windows, you can still ubuntu.

Nibiru is better right away
, you have perverted ideas about the organizer,
except that windows phone and ubuntu touch
on the subject - RTM is better, but
Essential PIM is more expensive ,
I use both cheaper
