Is there a game designer that is close (in terms of triggers) to the World Editor from WarCraft?

Hello. Yesterday I already asked a question about the game designer.
Now it's just interesting to know if there is something "as close as possible" to the map editor of the well-known WarCraft3TFT.
Everywhere they write, they say, in GameMaker: Studio on one drag-n-drop you will not go far. But I myself remember very well how far we "left" at one time on only GUI-triggers (without JASS, clicked) of the WarCraft editor - everything was fine there (the structure itself).
Is there something close to "programming from the GUI" (namely, triggers) in terms of convenience and completeness, simplicity for the development of 2D games ? The same WarCraft is very specific in that it is a strategy. However
...Game Maker: Studioyou won't get far without GML, and the "triggers" themselves are arranged differently. I can say the same about Construct.

@ZaxapKramer

Unreal Engine and its Blueprint are the most trigger-like I've ever seen.
