Is there a future for a web programmer in the development of CMS?

I often see lately about "create a site without programming skills, without registration and SMS" and the like, and many use constructors such as wix, or CMS to create small sites and at the same time saying that we need a programmer if there is CMS where you do not need to have great programming skills, etc. I would like to know your opinion, is there a future for real programmers with the parallel development of tricky things that allow you to perform the same tasks without special skills?

You don't have to worry about CMS. But I would be afraid of the stupidity of programmers during the development of frameworks))

Of course. All these "things-dryuchki" allow you to implement a limited set of standard things. For a more or less large project, a programmer will already be needed. For their web services - even more so.
UPD: even for standard things, you will have to tinker to master everything and customize the web application for yourself.
