Hi all! I am interested in a free program or service for conducting webinars both on a desktop computer and on a mobile phone. The number of people is small up to 100. Can you suggest or advise this?

What functionality should be present? If I understand correctly, you can try the same google hangouts, but I don’t remember the number of simultaneous participants.
