Is there a flexible solution for syncing notes regardless of formatting and sync method?

I have notes in .txt files. Editing them in vim using vim-notes formatting .
You need to be able to view them on an android device.
I found several applications (one of them is iA Writer ) that allow you to view notes (with their own formatting), synchronizing them through some specific solution (usually dropbox and / or google drive).
I would like to synchronize notes either through yandex disk or through git and be able to put my own text formatting.
If there are no ready-made solutions, I will probably write my own: an android application with plug- ins for synchronization and formatting, so that these same modules can be added open source .
