Hello! Maybe someone found a container where "dangerous" functions like: exec, systemand others are disabled in php, i.e. those that can somehow allow access to the server?

Take the official image and extend it by tweaking your own.
This is a common practice for docker.
Also, disabling these features will not make the runtime environment safer.
