Is there a difference between shared hosting and dedicated server?

Hello.
I am developing a file storage. At the moment, the site is hosted on shared hosting (2 GB).
Will there be any changes in site loading speed if I transfer it to a dedicated server (1 TB)?
Or speed depends on the code? ISP?

naturally there will be
a hard drive only your
processor is not divided
and dofiga memory
should all fly
the main small letters do not miss the description, which says how much you have to pay for traffic and how much for free

virtual hosting is like a bus - it seems to be faster in speed than on your own car - but it's a little crowded

the speed depends on a bunch of factors, in the context of large files, the territorial remoteness of the hosting or server from the person is more affected.

If you can properly configure everything yourself (or hire an admin), then naturally a dedicated server is a completely different level, since all its resources are only yours.
