Is there a difference between a monitor and a TV?

There was a need to connect 3 - 5 monitors ...
Of course, there are HDMI splitters in the flesh, then 18 connectors.
The idea is to connect monitors of all sizes on one computer to test the layout ..
The smallest I found is 11 "the largest is 2 meters, I don't know how much it is in inches, but there are TVs of any size.
So is there any difference other than color reproduction?

Disable all smart modes and calibrate with a standard utility. The only disadvantage of TVs is that they have a larger grain.
Buy a VESA bracket with a hand and hang it over your desk.
I will add. The splitter really will not work, but the minidisplay port -> hdmi adapter will help you hook up to 6 monitors
